l/b = 3/2
2l = 3b
l = 3b/2

area of rectangle = length x breadth
 l x b = 3456
3b/2 x b = 3456
3b ^{2} = 6912
b^{2} = 2304
b =  \sqrt{2304}

b= + 48 m   or  b = -48 ( rejected , breadth cant be negative )

l = 3 x 48 / 2
l = 3 x 24

l= 72 m

perimeter of field = 2 ( l + b )
=> 2 x 120
=240 m

cost of fencing =  cost per m x perimeter
=> 60 x 240

=> 14400 rs.

Hope i helped , mark brainliest if i did it correctly

Let the length of the field be 3x m

Then , it's breadth = 2x m.

So , Area of the field =( Length × Breadth ) sq. unit

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= ( 2x × 3x)m²

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= ( 6x²) m²

But , area = 3456m² ( given )

So, 6x² = 3456 =》x² =  \frac{3456}{6}  = 576

x =  \sqrt{576}  = 24.

So, Length = ( 3 × 24 ) m

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 48 m

⠀⠀ Breadth = ( 2 × 24 )m

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 72 .

Then , Perimeter of field = 2( l + b)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 2 ( 48 + 72)m

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= ( 2 × 120 )m

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= 240 m .

Hence , the cost of fencing = Rs. ( 240 × 60)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀= Rs. 14,580 ans.
