Let width be b m.
Then , length = 3b m

According the question , we have
2(3b +b) =84
8b = 84
b =84/8
b = 10.5
hence , breadth = 10.5m
length = 31.5m

Let the length be 3x
If breadth will be x
Let perimeter be p
P = 2(b+l)
84 = 2(x+3x)
84 = 2x+6x
84 = 8x
84/8 = x
10.5 = x

Length = 3x
3× 10.5
31.5
