⭐Actually welcome to the concept of the SOUND WAVES...
⭐Basically if we see ...we know that the ... SOUND WAVES ARE LONGITUDINAL IN NATURE ...means that they need a particular medium for their prolongation along the forward direction in the form of the
⭐COMPRESSION AND RAREFACTION....
⭐So now here according to the Condition placed .....
⭐When there is vacuum inside the Bell jar ,,,the sound we be created ...BUT as we know that sound needs a medium to travel ..... thus vacuum is a NO MEDIUM ..so thus we can conclude that ....
⭐As the jar is transparent. ...SO WE CAN EASILY SEE THE CLAPPER OF THE ELECTRIC BELL MOVING BUT WE CANNOT HEAR THE SOUND OF THE BELL AS THERE IS NO MEDIUM TO TRAVEL THE SOUND WAVES ....

(A) WE WILL SEE THE BELL MOVE BUT WE WON'T HEAR THE SOUND AS IT IS VACCUM INSIDE SO SOUND IS NOT HEARED
