It is hard for me to put this feeling into words. I am thrilled to express my words into speech on such a momentous occasion of my life. It is an honor for me to receive this award for the employee of the year. I feel very grateful to my superiors to give recognition to my work.
First of all, I would like to express my recognition towards the immense hard work of the other employees as well, who were also the contenders. So, my fellow nominees, trust me, your work is no way inferior compared to mine. In my opinion, we all are today’s winners.
The amount of dedication and hard work you gave towards your work is truly commendable. It surely reflects your hard effort or skills towards your work.
Honestly, the path towards this award was not easy. I had to deal with a variety of complex projects and situations. I made my ideas into life, with a lot of efforts.
Various challenges and difficulties came across my path. The crucial deadlines and the on-spot solutions to the problems never led me to compromise the quality of my work, and I made sure my work delivery was always on time. So, as you all can understand, a period of intense pressure which I went through.
With my firm persistence, all the problems were easy for me to solve. I was able to overcome all the obstacles which came along my way. I was always sure that my hard work will surely one day give me all the fruitful results and will enhance my life. It is not just me, but I believe for everybody that if you work hard, you will get the results one day for sure. These projects also served benefits to the company workers and gave everybody the motivation to work hard.
I thank my team of employees. My efforts were never enough if my team never gave me the best teamwork. My ideas and these projects became a reality due to everybody’s dedication and hard work. Without their excellent performance, I would not be standing here receiving the award.
I want to dedicate this award to my team. The cooperation, the understanding, and the constant support gave us the fruitful results. Even though we had to work overtime, we never backed off.
I want to show my dedication to my family for this award. Without my parents, any achievement is impossible. My parents gave me extreme guidance and support with all the necessary resources for chasing my dreams. I am very much grateful to them.
My seniors were a great pillar behind my success. For my skill development, they played a significant part. Their training and knowledge in different stages of my life were hugely influential for my success.
