First of all divide both the equations with pq

we will get, 2/q - 3/p = 4

and 5/q - 7/p = 72

Now,

let 1/q be x and 1/p be y

So we get..

2x - 3y = 4

And, 5x - 7y= 72

by elimination method

therefore x= 188

y=124

Now we know that

x=1/q

so, q=1/188

&p=1/124
