no it is not possible because there are many plants in the earth we have no chloroplast this type of plant on the seabed but if the natural law land plant does not have chlorophyll as they could not make their food and they will die

There would be no life in plant if chloroplast does not exist because it contains chlorophyll inside it , with the help of chlorophyll it makes food for the whole plant and if it does not exist there is no making of food inside the plant, hence the plant would die.
