Explanation:

Hey mate !

Question:-

They will say,"We know all these rules". (change into indirect speech)

Answer:-

They are going to say that they know all these rules.

Reason:-

To change a sentence from direct to Indirect speech,we have to remove the inverted commas and "said" from the sentence to make the sentence look like it is said by another person not the actual speaker. We can add "announced","informed","told",etc to make the sentence reported. Form of verbs shouldn't be changed.

Hope it helps you....

hermione6038: But don't we need to change these to those
Anonymous: Hey friend ! No,we don't have to change it to "those" (past tense) because we are changing the reporting speech to reported but it doesn't require the change the tense because the event has happened at a single time whether it is said by speaker or any third person,so it doesn't require any change of tense. { Note: In some cases, tense change but only in indirect speech for indicating a very old work that had been done a long time ago} Hope you understand. Thanks for brainliest :-)
