Here is your answer,

1st series ( 3 + 7 + 11 + ........
2nd series ( 1 + 6 + 11+..........

Common term of 1st series  = 11

10th term =10

 Therefore,

                 →  n-1 = 9

D(Common difference of 1st series)   = 7 - 3 = 4

D(Common difference of 2nd series)   =  6 - 1 = 5

Now, take the L.C.M of 4 and 5 = 20

          → (n-1)d

10th common term series = 20 × 9  + 11
                                               
= 180 + 11                                                   

= 191
