Answer:

a+9d=41, equation 1

a+17d =73 equation 2

subtraction equation 2 from 1 we get i.e

a+17d=73

a+9d=41

- - -

so it comes 8d=32 and d =4

putting the value of d in equation 1 we get

a+9*4=41 So value of a =5

to find the 26th term the formula is

a+(n-1)*d here a=5,d=4 and n= 26

so 5+(26-1)*4=5+100 is 105

so the answer or the 26th term is 105.
