i.e a +10 d = 33

or, a = 33-10d --------(I)

now,

t 17 = 67

or, a+ 16 d = 67

or, 33-10d +16 d = 67           { from eqn i }

or, 6d = 67 -33

or, d = 34/ 6 = 17/3

so, a= 33- 10 *(17/3 ) = -71/3

now, t 14 = a + 13 d

= -71/3 + 13 * 17/3

= 50
