the 12 term is -13 so a+11d=-13...(1)

and sum of first four term is 24 so,

2(2a+3d)=24

2a+3d=12...(2)

from equating 1 and 2

-19d=38

d=-2

and if we substitute value in eq 1 then

a=9

sum of first 10 term is n/2(2a+(n-1)d)

10/2+(2×9+9×-2)

=0

sum of 10 term is 0

hope it helps......
