In the 19th century India witnessed a strong wave of reformation activities on religious and society.this were the attempts done by the educated young indians.western idiology like equality,liberty, humanity inspired them.they try to remove the deficiency of the Indian culture.so the 19th century consider as reformation and new awakening time in the history of india
