The 2 liquids having the same boiling points cannot be separated from their mixtures by distillation.why?

because if we boil the mixture their components will start boiling and convert into gas form. but if they have same boiling points they will also be mixed in gas state because of same boiling point. so we can't separate this kind of mixture by distillation process.
