Given :-

2nd term of an AP is 18

a+d=18........... (1)

4th term is 32

a+3d = 32........... (2)

On subtracting equation (1) from (2)

a+3d - (a+d) = 32-18

a+3d-a-d=14

2d=14

d=7

putting the value of d in equation (1)

a+d=18

a+7=18

a=18-7

a=11

Hence

3rd term = a + 2d= 11+2×7=25

1st term = a =  11
