given = radius =5cm
height =24cm
volume of water 3/4of vessel
volume of water in 1st vessel = 3/4*22/7*5*5*24
=1414.28cm^3
now when this volume of water is poured in another vessel of
radius 10cm

height =?
1414.28= 22/7*10*10*h
h= 4.49cm
so level of water in 2nd vessel is 4.49cm
