HEY MATE

THE THIRD TERM IS 13

WE CAN WRITE THE THIRD TERM AS a+2d

THEN, a+2d=13

and, THE SIXTH TERM IS 25

WE CAN WRITE IT THE SIXTH TERM AS a+5d

NOW a+5d=25 - (ii)

NOW THIRD TERM , a+2d=13

a=13-2d -(iii)

PUT THE VALUE OF (iii) in (ii) we get

  • 13-2d+5d=25
  • 13+3d=25
  • 3d=25-13
  • 3d=12
  • d=4

THANK YOU.
