Average Velocity = 15/2 m/s

Explanation:

A body travels travels in same time interval

So, By applying formula

Average velocity = (V1 + V2)/2

Let v1=5m/s  ,  v2=10m/s

Let the time be 't'

In v1, s=v*t = (5t)m   &  in v2, s=v*t = (10t)m

Therefore, average velocity= (5t+10t)m/(t+t)s

                                              = 7.5m/s
