now elementating both two equation so we get

a+4d=25

a+9d=50

now putting in the first equation A + 4 d is equal to 25

so we get a+4×8.2=25

a+24.8=25

a=25-24.8

a=1 approx

now we have to find 20th term

then a + 19 d
