the 5th term of an arithmetic progression is 19 and 8th term is 31. find the arithmetic progression

Answer:

T5=19

T8=31

T8=T5+3d

3d=T8-T5

=31-19=12

d=12/3=4

Therefore T1=T5-4d

=19-16=3

AP=3,7,11,15,19....
