32 = a + (14 -1)d

32 = a + 13d.............Eq 2

From, Equation 2 - 1

16 = 8d

16/8 = d

2 = d

value of (d) put in Eq 1

16 = a + 5x2

16 = a + 10

16 - 10 =a

6 = a

So , 36th Term = ? , n = 36

= a + (n -1)d

= 6 + (32-1)2

= 6 + (31)2

= 6 + 62

= 68
