Given:

6th term => a + 5d = -10

10th term => a + 9d = -26

To find:

The 15th term or a + 14d

Procedure:

Subtract 10th term value from 6th term:

a + 9d - (a + 5d) = -26 - (-10)

=> a + 9d - a - 5d = -26 + 10

=> 4d = -16

=> d = -4

Now, put the value of d in any one of the terms.

a + 9(-4) = -26

=> a - 36 = -26

=> a = 10

Hence, the 15th term is -

a + 14d = 10 + 14(-4)

=> 10 - 56

=> -46

Hence the value of 15th term is -46
