T(8)=0
so, a+7d=0
so, a=-7d
now T(38)=a+37d=-7d+37d=30d

the question u just asked is a bit sarcastic in a way that it is actually asking the 38th term to be thrice of its 8th term which means it wants its 38th term to be zero and in an ap it will never happen that the same number like 0 or whatever will be the value of its two terms
