The 9:3:3:1 dihybrid ratio is due to:
a) segregation
b) crossing over
c) independent assortment
d) homologous pairing

I think its option c but i am not sure. pls say me whether i am correct or not and explain me.

yes the answer is independent assortment .
because the genes controlling different characters assort themselves independently without influencing each other during the gamete formation and get randomly rearrange in the offspring.
