Answer: a- first term , d- common difference

Given that, a₉=6×a₂

also,a₅=25

it means- a+4d=22...........(i)

and

   a+8d= 6×(a+d)

   a+8d=6a+6d

    6a-a+6d-8d=0

     5a-2d=0..............(ii)

using elimination method in eqn (i) and (ii)       [eqn (i)×5]

      5a+20d=110

      5a-2d=0

       (-)  (+)

22d=110

so, d=5

and a = 2   ( putting d in eqn (ii) we get  5a-2×5=0  , 5a=10 , a=2)

so the required A.P. is-

2,7,12,17,.........[a,a+d,a+2d,a+3d.....]
