so 20× 10 = 200

but 2 values are wrongly taken which are 4 & 6 and there sum is 10

so 200 - 10 = 190

so 190 is mean of 8 numbers

so 190 + 14 + 26 = 230 is sum of 10 observations

whereas it's mean is 230/10 = 23

so correct mean is 23
