The ability of the muscles to do a job continuously without getting tired is known as Muscular Endurance.

  1. Muscular endurance is generally defined as the ability of an organism to remain active  for a long period of time as well as the ability of an individual to resist and recover from fatigue and withstand and overcome tiredness and wounding.
  2. this characteristic is generally used in the aerobic and anaerobic form of exercise.
  3. this helps in improving the performance of the muscle and better muscular development.
  4. multiple repetition of an exercise can help gain muscular endurance.
