Here is ur answer:

1 km= 1000m

1 h = 3600s

5km \:  {h}^{ - 2}  = 5 \times (1000m) \times  {(3600s)}^{ - 2}

 =  \frac{5000}{ {(3600)}^{2} } {ms}^{ - 2}

 = 3.8 \times  {10}^{ - 4}  {ms}^{ - 2}

Hope this will help you

Explanation:

As we know

1 km = 1000 m

1 hr = 60 minutes

1 minute = 60 seconds

1 hr = 3600 sec

5kmh^-2

= 5 × 1000 × (3600)^-2

= 5000 × 3600^-2

= 5000/(3600)²

= 3.8 × 10^-4 ms^-2
