↦ 9x + 9x + 9 + 9x + 18 = 81.

[By Opening Brackets].

↦ 27x + 27 = 81.

↦ 27 (x + 1) = 81.

[Taking 27 as common].

↦ x + 1 = 81/27.

↦ x + 1 = 3.

↦ x = 3 - 1.

↦ x = 2.

Therefore,

The Required Multiples are,

↦ 9x = 9 × 2 = 18.

↦ 9(x + 1) = 9(3) = 27.

↦ 9(x + 2) = 9(4) = 36.

So these multiples are 18, 27 and 36.
