Answer:

3x-4 +3x+16

6x+12=180

6x=180-12

6x=168

X=168/6

=28

X=28

Ist angle=3×28+4=80

2nd angle=3×28+16=100

Question :-

The adjacent angle of a parallelogram are (3x - 4) and (3x + 16). Find the angle of the parallelogram.

Given :-

The adjacent angle of a parallelogram = (3x - 4) and (3x + 16).

To find :-

The angles of llgm = ?

Solution :-

Sum of adjacent angle of llgm = 180°

(3x - 4) + (3x + 16) = 180°

3x - 4 + 3x + 16 = 180°

6x + 12 = 180°

6x = 180° - 12

6x = 168

x =  \dfrac{168}{6}

x = 28°

The value of x = 28°

The angles of llgm :-

  • 3x - 4 = 3 × 28 - 4

= 84 - 4 = 80

  • 3x + 16 = 3 × 28 + 16

= 84 + 16 = 100
