\boxed{Here's\:ur\:answer}

Area of the triangle = 1/2 * base * height =Area of triangle
Therefore, 1/2 * 27 * 12=162cm2
also 1/2 * 36 * x =162
18x= 162
x=9
The distance between the longer sides = 9cm

Hope it'll help

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:As area of llgm is base×altitude take shorter one as base and perpendicular distance as altitude.the answer will come will be = larger side × distance between larger sides. answer will be

27×12=36×h

324/36=h

h=9
