SOLUTION;___✍️
Given: A parallelogram ABCD, AB=DC=30cm
AD=BC= 24cm
Distance between shorter side= 12cm
Now,
Area of ||gm (ABCD)= AB×DE
Area= (30×12)cm^2
= 360cm^2
Again,
Area of ||gm(ABCD)= AD×distance longer sides(d)
= 360cm^2= 24cm×d
= d= 360cm^2/24cm
= d= 15cm
So, Distance between longer side= 15cm ans.
