Perimeter = 2( l + b )

                 = 2 ( 8 + 12 )

                 = 2 x 20

                 = 40cm

Given :

  • Breadth of parallelogram = 12 cm

  • Length of parallelogram = 8 cm

To find :

  • Perimeter of parallelogram

According to the question,

As we know,

Perimeter of parallelogram = 2(length + breadth)

Perimeter of parallelogram = 2(8 cm + 12 cm)

➞ Perimeter of parallelogram = 2(20 cm)

➞ Perimeter of parallelogram = 40 cm

So,the perimeter of parallelogram is 40 cm.
