Answer: 25cm and 55cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Let one of the sides be x

Given that adjacent sides of  a parallelogram differ by 30 cm

ie, measure of adjacent side of  x -  x = 30

ie, adjacent side of x = 30 + x

we know that perimeter of a parallelogram = 2 ×(sum of adjacent side)

ie, here , perimeter = 2 × ( x + 30 + x)

ie, 160 = 2 × (2x +30)

ie, 160 = 4x + 60

ie, 160 - 60 = 4x

ie, 4x = 100

ie, x = 100/4 = 25

so the length of the sides are x = 25 and x + 30 = 55
