Given, a = -6p³+7p²q²+pq

b = 7pq-5p³+9p²q²

P = ?

Now, P = 2(a+b)

= 2(-p³+7p²q²+pq+7pq-5p+9p²q²)

= 2(-6p³+16p²q²+8pq)

= -16p³+32p²q²+16pq Answer.
