Let the lengths of the adjacet side be 2x and 3x respectively.

Also,perimeter=50cm

⇒2(2x+3x)=50cm

⇒10x=50cm

⇒x=

10

50

=5cm

Thus, the adjacent sides of parallelogram are 10cm and 15cm

Hence area=15×10=150cm²

Answer:

225

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the two sides of parallogram be 2a and two be 9a.

Given parameter is 550

2(2a+9a)=550

11a=275

a=25

=> sides of parallogram are 2a and 9a

=> 50,225
