ar. shade part = ar circle - 2 ar quadrant
 = \pi {r}^{2}  - 2( \frac{1}{4} \pi {r}^{2} ) \\  =(\frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{28}{2}  \times  \frac{28}{2} ) - 2( \frac{1}{4}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 14 \times 14) \\  = (28 \times 22) - 2(22 \times 7) \\  = 616 - 308 \\  = 308  \: {cm}^{2}
