Answer:

< APB =1/2 *m( arc AB)......by inscribed angle theorem (1)

<CQD=1/2*m(arc CD)......by inscribed angle theorem(2)

as ,AB=CD...(given)

so ,from (1) &(2)

<APB=<CQD
