It is useful to know a language that everyone is familiar with across the globe such that everyone is able express their thoughts and opinions and make their point clear across people of other places. However, we should understand that while we speak english we should also consider to pay attention to our native languages so as to prevent it from becoming extinct, and to communicate to people locally as not everyone is familiar with english right now. But yes, English has its own advantages as we get aware of what is happening not only inside but also outside the country.
