The Neolithic age saw the transition of the human race in many different ways. The most important transformation was that instead of hunting, humans started to practice agricultural activities. Therefore, the Neolithic age was also called as the Agricultural revolution.
The Neolithic age saw human adapting different techniques to produce food. Cultivation of new food crops, agricultural practices, domestication, and growing of animals for food, arose independently in this period.
