according to the question,

age of father= 5 years more than the age of 6 times of his son

i.e.

X= 6x+5...

now after 7 years,

x+7=(5+6x)+7

x+7=6x+12...

3times more than his son

x+7*3=6x+12

3x+21=6x+12

-3x=-9

x=3

father's age is 6*3+5=23 yrs

sons age is 3 years.
