let age of f=x
let age of sons =a,b,c,d
then
x=a+b+c+d....[1]
after 20 yrs
2x+20 = a+b+c+d + 80
2x= a+b+c+d +60....[2]
solving eqn 1 $2
x=60

so father =60 yrs
