Step-by-step explanation:

let the son's age be x

the man's age = 3x

after 10 years,

sons age = x+ 10

man's age = 3x+ 10

so, according to the question,

3x+10 = 2(x+10)

= 3x + 10 = 2x + 20

=> x = 10

so the present age of son is 10 and age of the man is 30
