Let 5 yrs ago age be 4x:5x
Given at present B is 5 more than A
so we have
5x +  5= (4x + 5) + 5
here after 5 years they will be present age.
so since a+ 5 = b
so we have written 4x+5+5 = b
5x + 5 = 4x + 5 + 5 \\ 5x + 5 = 4x + 10 \\ 5x - 4x = 10 - 5 \\ x = 5
Now
4x = 4 \times 5 = 20 \\ 5x = 5 \times 5 = 25
This is 5 yrs ago age
so Present age =
A age =
20 + 5 = 25
B age =
25 + 5 = 30

So Present age of A is 25 and B is 30

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️✌️
