Now, according to question,

Y= 20+2x...(1)

X+Y=65......(2)

Substitute eq.(1) in eq.(2)

X+20+2X=65

3X=65-20

3X=45

X=45/3=15

Age of son=15 and

Age of father=20+2(15)=20+30=50
