According to the conditions ;

x = 3y + 3 ---(1)

x + 3 = 2y + 10

x = 2y + 7 ---(2)

substituting eq (1) in eq (2)

3y + 3 = 2y + 7

y = 4 ---(3)

substituting eq (3) in eq (1)

x = 12 + 3

x = 15

The fathers age is 15 years and the sons age is 4 years .
