father's age = 5x
after 15 years
(x+15*5)=2 (5x+15)
2x+150 = 10x+30
8x=120

your anwer is also wrong .let y is father age that is equal to sum of his sons age after 15 year acc to question ( y+15*5)=2(y+15) on solving this we get the right answer . and it would be y =45
