let the common multiple be x,
then the present ages of leena and heena will be 7x and 6x
After 10 years;
7x+10/6x+10 = 9/7
49x + 70 = 54x + 90
5x = 20
x = 4

therefore the present ages will be
7×4 = 28yrs
and 6×4= 24 yrs
