➾ $21x\:-\:28\:=\:20x\:-\:20$

➾ $21x\:-\:20x\:=\:-20\:+28$

➾ $x\:=\:8$




∴ Present age of Suman ➾ 3x

➾ 3 × 8

➾ 24 years


∴ Present age of Neelam ➾ 4x

➾ 4 × 8

➾ 32 years
