let the present age of son be x
then father 3+3x
atp
3+3x+3=2(10+x)
9+3x=20+2x
3x-2x=20-9
x=11

age of son 11
age of father 3+3*11
33+3=36

pls mar as brainliest

Let's the age of father be X and that of son be y.

According to the question, we get
x= 3+3y........(I)
Three years after,
Father 's age =x+3
Son's age = y+3
According to the question,
x+3= 10 + 2(y+3)
=> x + 3 = 10+2y+6
From equation (I) ,,we get
=> 3+3y +3 = 2y + 16
=> 6+ 3y = 2y + 16
=> 3y - 2y =16-6
=> y = 10
So, x = 3+3y = 3+3×10 = 3+30=33
So, present age of father is 33 years and present age of son is 10 years.
