Hey!!!!.....here is ur answer

let the present ages of vivek and sumit are 2x and 3x respectively

acc to question... 2x+12/3x+12=11/15

15 (2x+12)=11 (3x+12)

30x+180=33x+132

3x=48

x=16

so the age of sumit is 3x=3×16=48 year

Let the common multiple be x.

Vivek's age = 2x
Sumit's age = 3x

By the given condition ,

 \frac{2x + 12}{3x + 12}  =  \frac{11}{15}

15(2x + 12) = 11(3x + 12)

30x  + 180 = 33x + 132

180 - 132 = 33x - 30x

48 = 3x

x =  \frac{48}{3}

x = 16
Sumit's age = 3x = 3(16) = 48yrs.
